hi @PROTCHARD
First of all have you managed to set your Screen resolution to 2160p 10 bit - you need to have done this to get the correct Test card listed.
For me I can gedownload it from :
Help - HDR Set-up Tutorials
Select Test Cards thumbnail (that incorrectly says SDR Test Card in the thumbnail)
Scroll down to 'Other' (The Series 1 tab just has the tutorial Videos)
Hopefully if your box is set up correctly you should now get the UHD HLG Test Card to download

Hi,
Sky q set up correctly, Samsung TV is indicating UHD, HDR.
on the "Other Tab" have downloaded UHD hdr hlg test card.
Playing the test card keep getting blue screen saying not set up for download and only plays the screen.

Hmmm - it does seem to indicate there is a problem with your SKY box & your TV not quite seeing eye to eye as it were.
Please may I ask you double check all the TV Settings to ensure it is set to Deep color (I think that is the setting on Samsung - although it mght be something else like enhanced, Full Colour etc.) for the HDMI being used by SKY

The Samsung model is
qe65q85catxxu and appears correct as the HDMI input indicates UHD HDR.

Still reading your Manual but please can you check that the HDMI is set to 'Input Signal Plus'
(Menu - Settings - All Settings - Connection - External Device Manger)

hi @PROTCHARD
I wouldn't hold my breath but possibly worth trying a power down restart of your Q box

Assuming your SkyQ box is connected directly to your TV and you are using the correct HDMI cable?
