SKY Q Box and mini boxes connection keeps dropping out and it is not the internet

We are having SKY connectivity issues despite having new faster and stable internet installed. The Internet engineer tested SKY and informed us that the issue lies with SKY and not the internet. We may need new SKY equipment including a new SKY Q Box and tow SKY mini boxes. Thanks.

This is a customer helps customer forum - you cannot request new boxes here.

Dropping connections are often caused by interference of the wireless channels.  I presume your ISP is not Sky?
