SKY Q BIX ISSUES

Hello,

I hope you can help. Our TV is showing a strip on colour on the screen at the bottom.  I originally thought it was an issues with the TV but have been advised that's its the Sky Q Box.

Who's advised you it's the Sky box? Perhaps you could submit an image of the screen.

I've just spotted you haven't attained level 1 yet so can't send images. What have you tried?

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

I have tried all the above that you advised but it has not worked.  Also how do I qualify to level so I am able to send picture evidence.

@Mob33nDo other things work on the TV like menus, built in apps, other HDMI sources?  If not then its very likely the TV.

Yes other features and apps work.  I will also contact Samsung as I think the issue is with the TV too. Thanks
