SKY ATLANTIC - NOW I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE?

WE USED TO GET SKY ATLANTIC AS PART OF OUR PACKAGE. WE RECENTLY CHANGED OUR CONTRACT AND NOW IT SAYS I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE. I WASN'T TOLD WHEN WE RE-NEWED OUR CONTRACT THAT WE WOULD LOSE SKY ATLANTIC.

ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND IF SO, HOW DID YOU CURE IT. SPEAKING TO SKY IS USELESS.

We were considering leaving Sky so rang and negotiated a new package. We now get HBO Max but I really wanted to watch Under Salt Marsh.

What TV package are you now on? Not sure Sky still offer one without Atlantic.

 


And did they also downgrade your keyboard to one without a caps lock key? 😉

What package did you change to ?

If it is SKY Q Essentials then, unfortunately, unlike Essential TV on SKY Glass/Stream it does not include SKY Atlantic

 

If you have SKY Signature then is your problem when trying to download ?

If so then you orobably have dropped the HD add on, in which case:


You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

Hi @VONNY1952   Is this a Sky Atlantic HD issue without a Sky HD subscription?
