Fair comment @willia you can record the Rugby League but not every match.

Correct me if I'm wrong Rugby Super League season starts February to September with 27 Rounds with the Final taking place in October

Even the SuperLeagueplus app @£19:99 per month doesn't have a recordable option as it is streamed Live like the SkySportsplus app

Re: Rugby League wanting to watch all games

I was told categorically by Sky, their cancellation dept, that nothing would change with the new system. Based on that I renewed my contract. It's simply not a better service than before. I will watch the rest of the season but then cancel as I was misold the package.

Re: Rugby League wanting to watch all games

Have just emailed this to customer services at Betfred:

I don't know whether you are aware of the furore that is going on with Sky Super League viewers about the ruination of watching Super League on Sky.

Prior to the introduction of Sky Sports + streaming, Sky Q viewers could record all six matches. Since streaming was introduced, only two matches are available for recording.

The Sky strapline was to the effect of "every match screened live". This is fundamentally true but you cannot watch 3 matches streamed live at the same time and now cannot record those missed matches.

This has diminished the experience of watching the BetFred Super League and also ensured that match attending supporters cannot see any of the other matches played at that time. The only highlights available are of six or so minutes duration with the score shown on the initiating screen.

Many RL viewers are contemplating ditching their Sky subscriptions.

Communication with Sky viewers help site by e-mail elicits a standard, platitudinous response.

Re: Rugby League wanting to watch all games

@graceland22 I totally agree - in fact commentators still say "watch every game" which is not possible since they hide a number on sky sports+

And this doesn't work because

a. You only have an household with one tv?

b. You have literally no other devices that you can install the SkySports/SkySports+/Sky Go app on to

Strange cause SuperLeague+ which is a streaming app claim that you can watch up to three games at once🤔

I don't have a superleague+ subscription only TNT Sports and Sky Sports Complete

Sky Q in storage at the moment

Last nights viewing all streamed through different apps and devices

Salford v Leigh  SkySports+ app Samsung Z3 Fold

Bristol Bears v Gloucester TNT Sports Ultimate Firetvstick

Dortmund v Bochum Sky Sports Mix Firetablet Sky Go

I am off at the end of the RL season also, never watch football and the RL deal has dropped 50% without the same cut in my subs

Re: Rugby League wanting to watch all games

I have been watching the N Zealand NPC rugby union games, competition has reached the quarter finals this weekend.

Only 1 of the 4 games is recordable - 1 that can't be recorded is a 2.30 am kick-off.

Who is going to get up to watch that live?
