Rte 1 and virgin media not working
I have not been able to watch RTE 1 or Virgin Media for a long time and need it sorted pls help

Yes. I have tried rebooting the Wi-Fi and reset the connection but it doesn't work. It's like this a very long time. I only miss it when something like the Toy show is going to be on.

It's most likely a dish alignment issue - you'll need to contact Sky to send an engineer to check it.
