We are unable to use voice control and access Netflix and amazon. Done all the resets as per instructions. TV will not connect to router, although I have broadband WiFi to my computer.
HELP!!!

Hi @SueChez
Have you carried out a Network reset on the Q box.
Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

Hi @SueChez
Unless your Main Q box is close enough to your Broadband router to connect by Ethernet then you may need a Q booster to help aid connection.
If on Sky Broadband then you can connect the Q booster by WiFi.
If on 3rd party broadband then you could connect the Q booster by a short Ethernet to your router, In this case you can connect the Q box to the booster by WPS..
Sky should provide Q boosters FOC to aid Q box connection.
