Reuturn packaging required ASAP for broadband and sky q boxes...why have I not received ?

Return packaging not received for sky q box and broadband...help please

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband] [31 days for Sky Q].

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Thank you but both contracts finish 6 Aug and I don' t know exactly what leads etc. and equipment they want returned ?

They should contact you and tell you what they are expecting back. In terms of Sky Q, it's the main box, any mini boxes, remotes, power leads.

Cancelling Sky Q? You might be asked to return any:

  • Sky Q boxes (including Sky Q 1TB box, Sky Q 1TB UHD box, Sky Q 2TB box)
  • Sky Q Mini box
  • Sky Q remote(s), cables and any other accessories that were provided with your install
  • Sky boosters (if you don’t have or aren’t keeping Sky Broadband).

Cancelling Sky Broadband & Talk? You might be asked to return any:

  • Sky hub
  • Sky boosters (if you don’t have or aren’t keeping Sky Q).
  • Sky Max Pods.
