How long ago @LaurenB2002

We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed and even then Unipart (who deal with the returns) are not the quickest in updating Sky that equipment has been received. If you returned it longer ago than that and you’ve kept your proof of posting let us know in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. Please don’t post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt.

Re: Returns

No I didn't keep it I just popped it in a post box and I think it was about 2 weeks ago I just don't want to have to pay the £50 fine for not returning something I've already returned

Sky's hardware returns procedures have been broken like this for years. There appears to have been a complete communication breakdown between Unipart and Sky that they seem incapable of fixing.

All you can do, like many, many other customers, is call Sky or wait for your post to be escalated so a Sky employee can get in touch with you to clear the false non-return fee.

I do wish Sky would do something about this. It makes them look so, so amateurish.

@LaurenB2002

I don't think a Sky Q box would have fitted in a post box so I presume you took it to a post office counter.

Have you still got the text from Sky saying you'd returned it?
