Returns issue

I am not leaving sky. I have been sent a return box. Canned to say this was a mistake. Now had emails and texts saying I risk being charged.

Did you cancel any part of your subscription?

Did you initially start to cancel and then agreed to another 24 month discounted deal? 

These scenarios sometimes automatically generate the sending out of returns packaging. You will have to persevere on the phone to sort it.
