Returning sky q equipment
I'm returning the sky producs as I have now left. It's asking for 2 boosters I only had one. I know an engineer changed it a couple years ago as it was faulty but I've never actually had two so what do I do? Also do I send sky q box back as it says nothing on the page.. it's asking for the remote control on the box its come with to return it. I can't find it and it's faulty will they charge me for it :s

Re: Returning sky q equipment
Sky are unlikely to be bothered by a broken remote. It's mainly the Sky Q box and mini boxes they really focus on. Just return what you have. It's worth putting a note in the box with the account number and a list of what you're returning but most importantly obtain and keep proof of posting.
