Returning equiptment

@Sky@Frankly I am extremly dissapointed with Sky and their abilities to sort out the return of their equiptment. This all started at the end of may. I firstly recieved packaging that was damaged so was unable to return the equiptment to them. I called and explained this and was told new packaging would be sent out. After waiting for nearly a month and not recieved any packaging I called back. I was advised on the phone that a special collection would be organised by royal mail, they would provide the packaging and the returns label so all I had to do was give it to them and get a receipt of proof that I sent it back.

Royal mail arrived today, no packaging as apparently they dont provide it and I was advised they don't even give receipts! I have called sky AGAIN today to be told they would send me a link where I could reorder the packaging and get a label. I went on the link only to find I can not order packaging there I can only get the label!. I was advised i would not incur a charge for sending this equiptment back but now i am faced with having to pay for a box suitable for it and i am not doint that. Frankly I am fed up of trying to sort this out, it seems through all my trying sky are making it impossible to send it back, and yet I am still receiving messages daily that I am going to be charged for not returning! I have proof I have tried including all the calls which I have recorded for my own evidence.

I have emailed a complaint and am awaiting a reply, but as far as I'm concerned I have done all I can to try and sort this it is now up to sky to arrange collection.

You can use any packaging - you don't necesarily have to buy some.

You will be charged for non-return - which will should be refunded once they've processed the return.

You can stick to your guns and wait for suitable boxes but the charge will be incurred in the meantime.

(Also, you're not tagging Sky here - it's primarily a customer to customer forum)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
