Returning equipment
I am going on holidays but have been asked by Sky to return equipment. What is the window for returning?

Have you received the returns packaging yet? This is sent out towards the end of the 31 days notice period. Whenever you return the equipment ensure you obtain and keep your proof of posting which will help getting a reimbursement if charges are made for a non return.
