Returning Sky Equipment

 cancelled my Sky subscrition for my holiday cottage as I no longer run the business and I returned all of the equipment as requested in boxes provided. I keep gwetting texts saying that I have not returned it and now you are saying you will be charging me for it and as I said it was sent back months ago. If you make such a chagre I will cancel my other subsritopn as well as this is totally unsatisfactory

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

As asked by @oldfella - have you kept your proof of posting?

It’s Unipart that deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team.

If you have the proof it should be a fairly straightforward process. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.
