I switched from sky Q to sky stream and returned the equipment in the box provided but I'm still being told I need to return it. I have the tracking and it was signed for at the destination on the 10th January!!
I am not being charged for something I have returned!!

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
