Returned sky goods but received a letter saying I still have to do so

I've returned my 2x sky mini boxes as requested as I've cancelled sky multipoint.

I've received a letter from sky telling me they haven received them .

i posted them on the 10/03/2025

i have the proof of postage.

 don't know why I'm receiving a letter .
