Returned sky box but been charged £115 saying it hasn’t been returned

Upgraded to sky Tv returned sky box in pre paid packaging which took 1.5 months to come so only sent 2 weeks before end of send back time took to post office scanner wouldn't work so she typed in barcode on the pre paid label that was sent (barcode and QR label) never had a problem with sky but this has shocked me as we assumed since it had been 2 weeks and it was a 48r postage was fine we're currently trying to find receipt as will be somewhere but we've obviously just put somewhere thinking no need as 2 weeks had gone by can someone please help rectify this as we don't have £115 for this error surely it should have scanned once arrived at the sky depo for returns ?

@Skyuser2506 I have escalated this to sky if you find your proof of posting then Sky should remove any charges but if you cannot find it then it will be at Sky's discretion as to if the charges are removed

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
