Re: Returned sky Q equipment
The notice period for broadband is 14 days whereas TV is 31 days so the packaging for a hub will usually arrive first (towards the end of the notice period).

Re: Returned sky Q equipment
Hi there, Apologies for jumping on someone else`s thread, but I thought it would save starting a new one. Could someone please escalate my issue to Sky please? I cancelled my subrcription about 2 months ago and sent back my Sky Q box and Broadband hub on the 6th July. It was received at the delivery address on the 9th July. On the 16th July Sky messaged me to say please return your SKy Q Box And Broadband hub equipment or you will be charged. Read on here that it was taking around 3 weeks for the centre to process returns so did not worry about it. However I have just received another message telling me to return my broadband hub or I will be charged. Both items were returned in the box provided by Sky but only the Sky Q box has been updated to show that it has been returned. Could someone please raise this issue with Sky please? Many thanks! D

Re: Returned sky Q equipment
We would normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team, but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and will be unavailable for another 1-2 weeks. You can contact Sky by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps.

Re: Returned sky Q equipment
Hi Daniel. Many thaks for the superfast reply! I`ll try e-mailing them as I don`t want to go through a lot of sales pitch that you always seemed to get when you spoke to someone in person. Thanks again!D
