My partner was working from home today when DPD driver arrived to collect old faulty sky Q box. He didn't realise that the viewing card needed to be removed so has been left inside the returned sky Q box.
How do I get a replacement card?

Unfortunately you will need to call SKY to arrange a new one to be sent (which is via Royal Mail)
If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down

If you have SKY Mobile or SKY Talk land line then I think you can also call 150
