Returned faulty sky box today but left viewing card inside it. Please could you issue me a new one

Hi @amanda.tilsley7   I'm afraid that only Sky can do that. The fastest method is to telephone them.

The Messaging Team can assist with this. Your post has been escalated to Sky and they may contact you (more than likely tomorrow). 

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

What is the number to phone them on? I forgot to remove my viewing card in the old box I returned

The Messaging Team can no longer do this so you do need to call Sky.


You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
