I sent back my sky Q box and now I am being charged for it on my bill this month. What is the point of returning it if you charge me for it anyway

Hi @Joblair88
Assume you have kept proof of return?
Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
To contact Sky
Select Need more help
at the bottom of the following link and this will lead to a phone contact.

@Joblair88Sky's returns system is a joke. It is a well known and on going issue. If I remember correctly I was able to resolve it on chat when I had the issue, they asked me to send proof of postage which I had kept. I cant remember if it was an email address or a link in the chat where they asked me to upload it.

Have you kept your proof of posting?
Unipart are the company that deal with returns. Apparently returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed at their warehouse. Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team.
If you have the proof it should be a fairly straightforward process. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.
