I’ll escalate your original post to Sky when it’s ten minutes old and the Messaging Team should contact you tomorrow.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Hi I have escalated this through here, spoke to an wmployee briefly. Explained I have receipts clearly showing I returned the Sky equipment and yet this morning I received a text to say I have been charged as the equipment was not sent back. I do not know what more I am supposed to this. This now feels like a scam! PLEASE HELP!

I have returned my Sky equipment 09/09/24 and keep getting text messages to return it. I have proof that it was returned, received and signed for. I am also owed money from Sky which I have not yet received.

I have my my receipt from the post office and I have also checked on the tracking with Royal Mail and it shows delivered.
I was told when I cancelled my sky sky subscription not to cancel my direct debit as I would receive an over charge back. I can't remember how much the person I dealt with said it would be.

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.
Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I spoke with someone on 14/10/24 who said they were going to get back to me regarding the return of my sky equipment. I provided proof of postage. I still haven't heard back and today I received another email reminding me to return my equipment.
Please can someone confirm they have received my sky equipment.

No one here can do that as we're customers. How was the chat with the Messaging Team left and isthe chat bubble still active?

@Daniel0210 no the chat bubble seems to have disappeared. That's why I thought if I put something on here someone would be able to point me in the right direction. It was someone from sky
