Returned equipment and still receiving messages asking to return

I have received sms and email about not returning equipment but was sent weeks ago and have message to prove it.

You'll need to contact Sky, go to this link: https://www.sky.com/help/home

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and now select the Need More Help dropdown, this will lead to a phone contact.

Ignore the automated messages, just wait for an advisor

You might not need to call Sky as we can arrange some help for you via here so doyou have iethr proof of posting or an email from Sky thanking you from returning it or even both ?
