Returned Sky Q

Hi, I returned 2 Sky Q boxes and equipment last month and have proof of postage from the Post Office, I also received an email on 7th November from you confirming the kit was with the courier, however you are still sending me text messages that I have not returned the kit and you will be charging for it. Can you please sort your communication out.

Not our communication @G20JAW You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This forum is where customers try to help other customers.

I’ve escalated your issue to Sky and the Messaging Team may contact you later.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
