Returned Sky Q Box and Sky messaging/emailing me that not received and will charge me.

Hi @GD1, I hope you are well. I hope you or one of the community can help me. I have returned my sky q box as requested and have a tracker code which states delivery of same to sky but sky keep messsaging me and emailing me that they have not received it and that they will a charge me for non return. I am unable to get through on the phone or share this information with them so as I am not charged. Can you please advise? I am worried as I do not have this money. Please and thank you.

@Laura29   To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team. This link explains how it works https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147#M1014

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi

I have been asked to send back sky equipment, I still have the sky Q. However I no longer use the sky broadband. So what is it that I need to send back?

@Shuinur if you still have Sky Q then I would think that it will be the sky router that Sky want you to send
