Returned Equipment not received by Sky

I notice you have assisted others with the issue of sky equipment returned but client still being chased with emails stating not returned.  Could you contact me to resolve the same issue please - contacting on behalf of my 86 year old mother.  I have Power of Attorney, proof of collection and can see Royal Mail tracking history showing delivered to NDC Parcel Hub on 27th February 2024.  Thank you

I'm not certain if the Messaging Team who help in these instances can assist when you are not the account holder although you have POA. I'll ask Sky this in a closed forum. 


In her circumstances it may be worth being registered herwith the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
