Return of equipment

I still have broadband with sky and I have returned my old router, mini box and remote. I have been paying £116 per month for sky so I'm not returning anything else, if you try to charge me I will simply leave Sky altogether

@Nicola+hart  I'm afraid you're not contacting S,ky customert services via the forum, we are all customers here.

 

Threats to withold payment won't work with Sky as witholding any due payments will be a breach of contract and will get services restricted.

 

If you're still paying this amount for broadband only did you actually cancel your TV services with Sky?  As it sounds like your still being charged for TV subs,  Did you get confirnmation from Sky they hace cancelled TV subs? Just returning their TV boxes does not cancel anything in itself.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
