Hi
I keep getting texts asking me to return equipment but I moved house and took the equipment with me and is being used?

I need help with this too.. tracking says it's returned and yet still getting the texts, another one this morning. Although it's has taken well over a month to be signed off as delivered in the tracker

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
