I have returned the sky box and control, but keep getting messages that they haven't recived it. Trouble is I got fed up of waiting for returns packaging to arrive to send my box back to sky so paid by tracking service. I have lost my receipt so now I'm stuffed without the receipt they cannot track it.
What should I do?
Help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you haven't kept your proof of posting all you can do is contact Sky and explain. Any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
