Return of box and equipment

I have returned the sky box and control, but keep getting messages that they haven't recived it. Trouble is I got fed up of waiting for returns packaging to arrive to send my box back to sky so paid by tracking service. I have lost my receipt so now I'm stuffed without the receipt they cannot track it.

What should I do?

If you haven't kept your proof of posting all you can do is contact Sky and explain. Any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion.
