Do you have a family member or a neighbour/friend who can do this for you ?
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Is there nobody you can ask to help you? Sky use a 3rd party courier to collect their equipment & it is VERY unlikely that they will help - they expect you to be ready to place it straight into a box on your doorstep.

Most of the leads simply pull out.
Only the satellite cables are screwed in. You can purchase a F-plug spanner which could assist.
You could call Sky and see if they could send an engineer in the circumstances. Not sure if accessibility can help: https://skyaccessibility.sky/
