Return of Sky's equipment
I cancelled my multi screen and SKY asked me to return their equipment, which I did. I've had at least 6 e-mails thanking me for returning it. Now they have sent me an envelope and have asked me to return it again. Can't get any sense out of them, but that's nothing new.

LOL. Sky's hardware returns process has become a bit of a joke really. It seems to go wrong more than it goes right, and it's been like this for years. Unipart, the company who deal with it are notoriously terrible and slow at scanning hardware.
Do you still have any proof of postage from your original return? If so you'll (sadly) need to contact Sky again and give them the tracking information from it. They should hopefully then be able to remove it from your account and stop any further requests for return.
