Return of Sky mini box

I recently renewed my contract and as part of that it was agreed that the mini box we have would be swapped out (original mini box was faulty)

Was informed by sky that a courier would come to the door with a new box and i was to hand over the old box etc

A day later 29th December a DPD driver arrived , opend the package and handed me the new box etc and i handed him the old box , remote etc

I then got a letter to send back the old box but this has already been done in a swap out

Do i ignore the letter -i dont want to be chaged

@scubabobuk  returns are taking 2 weeks to process, add to that the extra holidays it may be they've not processed the return yet.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
