Return of Sky Q

Hi

I have had a text from Sky saying I will be charged for non return of Sky Q equipment.

I renewed my contract so I have nothing to return.

How do I tell Sky this without spending an hour on the phone.

I will escalate your post to Sky in about 10 minutes and the Messaging Team may contact you tomorrow. 

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Hi I thought this issue had been resolved after sky chat and a phone call to sky after another text about non return of equipment. I have now been charged £36 Seriously. The time you spend trying to sort issues out after being a customer for 24 years.Joke. Sorting the problem out properly would be a start and a goodwill gesture for time wasted wouldn't go a miss either. Regards Jonathan
