Hi - I'm getting hassled by Sky to return old Sky Q equipment that is redundant since I switched to Sky Stream in March. All of the equipment has already been returned (at the request of Sky Returns) on 29th April, however I now have a second "Reminder" which intimates I will be charged £108 soon for a non-return.
I have emails from Royal Mail confirming the returns boxes were collected from my house OK, but I'm not sure how I can pass this information to the returns team at Sky and get them off my case!
Any help would be much appreciated.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Thanks Lisa - this is now resolved. Not sure if it was you or one of your colleagues who contacted me but it was sorted in a few minutes.
