Return address faulty Sky Q box

Need quick advice , expecting new Sky Q box today, have to return faulty one but no box to return.
can I use the new box but do not have the correct address !

I don't think the dpd courier will wait while I unpack and repack box , plus there will be no correct return address on it  ????

The DPD driver will be expecting you to hand them your old box before giving you the new one.

Remember to remove your viewing card.

Also check the power supply - some models now have an external brick.

@Welshlady1948

The doorstep box swap will be just that. Disconnect your fault box, remove the viewing card and Have the box near your front door together with power cables. The courier will place the faulty box in the packaging they bring the replacement box in.,

Please read the replies carefully.  You don't need a box nor return address.

It depends on what version Q box they give you.  Some have an external power supply brick - if the new box requires it ensure you take that from delivery driver.

Re: Return address faulty Sky Q box

Awww that clears my confusion thank you

I'm returning

1 x Sky Q box

1 x remote

2 x power cables

I've packed them up with my details inside ,

I'd keep these unless the driver wants them.  They should only be interested in the Q box.

Looks like you may have to 'unpack' them... 😀
