Return a Q box then I recieved a email saying that I will be charged
I've been sent an email saying that I will be charged £52 for not returning mini box which I did return

The Sky Community messaging team can resolve this for you.
Have your account details and proof of posting, if you have it, ready when they contact you.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
