Hello sky. 3 months ago I gave you two months notice of quitting sky. Main reason you once again put your prices up. Was only required to give one month's notice as I had completed the two years contract. Since then I have received various emails and post. Everything I proceeded with was done correctly . Now I'm receiving threat's from you as well as a extraordinary bill even though I did everything correctly. My name is: Mr ---. (home address) --- I'm registered disabled and almost 70 year's old. You horrible people are even now demanding I return your equipment. Well as I informed you I'm disabled and there is no chance of me climbing up to remove your dish. So when one of your engineers arrives to remove the dish, he/she can have the other overpriced equipment ? If you want to carry on with your threts ? This disabled/ pensioner will attend your court with all the proof of notice and documentation. My eldest daughter is on the bench as a judge my middle daughter is a Q C . Obviously they won't represent me in a most ridiculous case but they will make sure I have perfect representation. Will also be claiming compensation for harassment. So it's court or a date for you to collect your equipment including your 27 month old rusty eyesore of a dish. Please don't ignore me. (Removed)

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Villa+in+Wales I think you have incorrectly assumed that you need to remove your dish and return it to Sky, you don't.
You do need to return all Sky Q TV & broadband equipment if these are the services you've cancelled.
Sky won't send an engineer either, you need to return the equipment as requested as Sky don't collect it.
In addition posting personal info in a public forum is never a good idea, therefore your personal info has been removed for your own safety.
You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband.
Remember to keep your proof of posting.

Hello sky.
You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers.

Sky have an annual price increase (April in UK). Other than that increases only normally occur when a discounted offer ends.

All loaned equipment has to be returned at the end of a subscription. The onus is on the customer to return it as per the T's and C's you agreed to. The dish is yours. Sky don't need it so if you want it removing you will have to pay a tradesperson to do it (it shouldn't be rusty after only 27 months).

Sky won't respond to your post. In fact they don't know who you are from your forum tag name but it's safe to say that if you don't pay Sky what they believe you owe them and/or return all loaned equipment they will charge you non return fees and potentially involve a debt recovery company. There is no evidence of harassment in your post. Sky are entitled to their equipment back.
