I have spoken to retentions today who told me that my add free Netflix subscription can be reduced in price if only viewed on 1 device I took the offer on the basis that it's still ad free however looking at my account with sky and Netflix it now says I'm paying for Adverts!!

You were incorrectly advised: the only Netflix options are Standard with Adverts (one device), Standard no adverts (two devices) and Premium (four devices, UHD)
Ad-free on one device at a lower cost than two devices doesn't exist.

Thanks for confirming that so once more sky give it's customers the wrong information.....they need to give a bit more training to their staff
