Restore purchases and recordings after resetting hard drive

I had an error with hard drive and only way to fix with work around was to delete all recordings and purchases. Help advice said it could be redownloaded on sky.com however I cannot find where on site it gives instructions to do so.

Hi @Moira73You can only re download any purchased buy and keep content from Sky Store.  Any other recordings are lost and you can see if anything you had is on Catch up or On Demand.
