Reset my pin because I don’t know it

I need to change my pin because I don't know it . on screen it says to put old pin in but I can't I don't know it

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote.
  2. Select My Sky then Reset PIN.
  3. Enter the last 4 digits of the bank account used to pay your Sky bill.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new PIN. You'll see an on-screen confirmation message saying "Your PIN has been successfully changed".

If you've never changed your TV PIN, it'll be the last four digits of your viewing card number.

 

Find it by going into Settings then System Info or System Details.

The default is the last 4 digits of your viewing card

(you can view this  Home - Settings -  System Info)
