Reset Sky Q after Sky menu can be seen but no live feed.
My Sky Q has stopped providing a live feed out on HDMI though it will provide the Sky graphics from the "Hello" prompt after I've done the standard reset and then the software update but still no Homepage/Video feed.
Is it goosed or is there still one more step to go before raising a request for a new one?

If that procedure fails for you, you can use the online form link provided in that article above to get a replacement box.
Remember to remove the viewing card from your Q box before you return it during the courier handover, you’ll need it for your new box.
