My Sky Q has stopped providing a live feed out on HDMI though it will provide the Sky graphics from the "Hello" prompt after I've done the standard reset and then the software update but still no Homepage/Video feed.
Is it goosed or is there still one more step to go before raising a request for a new one?

Remember to remove the viewing card from your Q box before you return it during the courier handover, you’ll need it for your new box.
