Replacement SkyQ box still not delivered.

My Sky Q box has been confirmed as faulty and is to be replaced. It's over a week and still have not received the new box.

In fairness one of those weekdays was a bank holiday. You'll need to contact Sky to chase it up.

It'll probably be via a 'doorstep box swap' whereby a courier company (usually DPD in the UK) deliver a new box and take your pre-disconnected faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old box before it disappears into the van. Also accept the power cable the courier brings in case it's a different fitting to the one you have.

Ok, sounds like you'll need to contact Sky...  (We're other customers here so cannot provide you any update)

Remember to remove your viewing card when the new box does arrive...
