Hi,
I ordered a new Sky QMini Box on Monday and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday by DPD. However it has not arrived and DPD say they informed Sky an investigation has been opened. However can I get the box I requested? Thanks

You'd need to discuss with Sky but they may be reluctant to dispatch another replacement until DPD and Sky have investigated.
