Replacement Sky Q box - mini boxes can’t find it over ethernet

Hi all,

 

I have had my 3 mini boxes connected to the main Q box via Ethernet for over 4 years without any issues. WiFi is disabled on all boxes via the installer menu. I am using my own router, not Sky's.

 

Today I had the main Q box replaced by Sky due to an unrelated issue, and I cannot for the life of me get any of the mini boxes to connect to it. I have tried endless resets, factory resets, network resets to no avail.

 

Usually I can work it out as I'm fairly technical, but on this occasion just don't know what I could possibly try that I haven't already.

 

Any help would be very much appreciated. If I call Sky they will (rightly) say they can't support it as I'm not using their router. It seems like it's network related, but given that it worked for 4 years, albeit with a different Q box, suggests it should work.
