Hi,
My orginal Sky Q box was replaced today due to ongoing issues with the Wi-Fi, I paid the extra for a 2TB box when we first got it but the replacement today is only 1TB.

It is possible that there is a shortage of 2TB boxes but it may also just be a mistake.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Thanks, the engineer just said they are not replaceing the 2TB boxes now.

Presumably because there's a shortage of 2TB boxes.
If you had paid to upgrade then I'd be asking for that back...
