Had to replace Sky Q remote, thought old remote was draining batteries (replaced batteries numerous times). After one day the new remote is doing the same thing, low batterry messsge𤷠Brand New genuine Sky Q remote with brand new Duracell batteries. Any ideas?
fyi - Panasonic TV and I've paired remote with TV

Hi @Duffys2
Try removing the batteries and then press each button on the remote.
Replace the batteries and then completly reset the remote as follows
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until itās led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
