Removing SKY Q and replacing with Broadband Fibre?

I now have broadband fibre to the front door. So I want to get rid of my SKY Saterlitte dish and replace it with it with SKY broadband...

What do I do? IS there a phone number I'm meant to ring to get this done?

A help desk?

Thanks if anyone knows..

Cheers John

Your broadband has never arrived by Sky satellite dish.

If you mean you want to replace satellite television with a Sky television streaming service, you should be able to order either Sky Glass or Sky Stream through the Sky website.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

And bear in mind, the Stream service is quite different from Q. Go and take a look in the Glass/Stream forum.

Also note that Sky can supply FTTP over the national Openreach network, but not where the 'fibre to the front door' has been laid by another supplier
