Remove sky pin on phone app

One of my numbers is not working on my controller and I can't put in my pin to watch something how do I remove the pin from my app on my phone

The pin can not be removed as it is an OFCOM requirement that says broadcasters like Sky have to have it place for what age restricted contact before the evening watershed.

There's a virtual controller on the Sky app - that might give you a workaround whilst you get a new remote: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/replaceremote

SkyGo app.  Definitely works on Q, not sure about Glass/Stream.
