Remote control not working after i mounted my TV on the wall with sky Q box behind it

With my Samsung TV on the wall and Q box behind it im unable to now change channel, any idea

@Lucyabby The main SKYQ box is designed to operate on a flat surface with plenty of ventilation around it, or severe overheating will occur.

Usually the SKY remote usues bluetooth to connect to the SKYQ box, but if the box is totally hidden then there may be problems of sight for the remote to the SKYQ box?
